  • 30g coconut flour
  • 2.5g baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 60ml melted coconut oil or ghee
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 5ml vanilla extract

For the Jam Filling:

  • 150g fresh or frozen berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
  • 30ml water
  • 15-30ml maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted coconut oil or ghee, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough; shape into balls and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Make indentations in each ball and fill with cooked berry mixture.
